The Montana Supreme Court Attacks Families Again
Just days after the United States Supreme Court heard oral argument in the United States v. Skrmetti case, which involves a challenge to state laws that protect minors from irreversible "affirming care," the Montana Supreme Court upheld a district court decision that enjoined Montana's legal protection for minors. In the past three months, the Montana Supreme Court has ruled that minors have the right to abortion without parental consent and the right to radical, irreversible transgender therapies. Despite growing evidence that these procedures are actually harmful to children, the Montana Supreme Court's decision is another attack on God's design for human beings and families.
